So today i went for trg and the weather wasnt tt good. Fortunately i managed to learn smth from coach before it started rainingggggg. he thought us how to lift the ball on the curved backstick and im HAPPAY to say tt I MANAGED THE OVERHEAD LIFT! (okay this will prob only make sense for those who came for today's trg- Like Rong Yi) and towards the end of trg Rasey gave us these quotes that i think are real nice of her to do :). So my quote is
